KAG Terminal Manager Receives Home Run Recognition
KAG Lakeland, FL, Terminal Manager John Bridges, was recently recognized by Lake Region High School for his commitment as Head Coach for the Girls Softball team.
To honor John’s career and his dedication to the team, the school dedicated a ball field in John’s name – the John Bridges Softball Complex!
John has been the head girls softball coach since 2006 and has an outstanding record to show for it:
+ Win/Loss record is 291/111
+ State Champion 2019
+ 2 Time State Runner Up
+ 4 Time Region Champ
+ 8 Time District Champion
+ 9 Time FACA Coach of the Year
+ 2019 Dairy Farmer Coach of the Year
“Coaches are only as good as their players,” shared Bridges. “I have been very fortunate to coach some great kids who have gone on to be come great college players and positive role model in their respective communities. All of the awards are great but the biggest win for me is watching these young ladies compete at the next level and having great success with their athletics and their academics.”
