Kenan Advantage Introduces KAG Ethanol Logistics
Canton, OH, August 11, 2006 – In an effort to provide the fuels industry with a singlesource option for ethanol truck capacity and logistics expertise, the Kenan Advantage Group today announced the creation of KAG Ethanol Logistics. This third party logistics provider will offer an array of specialized services designed to help customers successfully navigate the many logistical challenges ethanol presents.
Woodie McDuffie, a twenty-nine year veteran of the bulk transportation and logistics industry, will head up the new group based in Canton, OH.
“We see KAG Ethanol Logistics as the perfect answer to a pressing industry need”, says McDuffie. “With access to a rapidly growing pool of qualified bulk carriers under contract, as well as access to the assets of sister company, Kenan Advantage Group, we are creating a significant one-call capacity offering for the renewable fuels industry.”

KAG Ethanol Logistics is also working with other ethanol supply chain stakeholders such as rail car manufacturers, railroads, transloading facilities, and product terminals to deliver the most efficient logistical solutions to its customers.
